This session outlines the journey to attain digital accessibility while utilizing UDL principles in course design at Chattanooga State Community College. Our instructional design team serves as trailblazers and trainers of accessibility principles and UDL. The experiences shared will include what our team has learned in four years of combining more accessible user experiences and an updated online course design process. Attendees will also get a preview of our new ChSCC Accessibility Training course and the new accessibility policies created to promote awareness, understanding, adoption, implementation, and instill individual responsibility for the creation of accessible digital content.
